Audra works with individuals, couples, and families with a specialized focus on systemic trauma & multicultural competency. Her primary theoretical orientation is Experiential while implementing techniques/interventions from Bowenian & Feminist theory.
Audra will assist in helping clients create a greater understanding of their unique selves and their relationships with others.
