Audra Lee is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, a therapeutic consultant & facilitator/lecturer. She was named as one of Whirl Magazine's 13 under 30 in 2016.
Within a systemic framework, Lee provides individual, couples, & family therapy through a trauma informed care lens.
Through active facilitation & a process focused model, Lee builds upon theoretical concepts to challenge ideas and provide insight into topics related but not limited to: self-care, cultural competency, mental health, holistic health, family systems, trauma etc.
Lee is dedicated to helping executive management & staff of an organization remove cultural barriers within that organization. Cultural barriers have many negative impacts on organizations, including productivity shortfalls, costly lawsuits, and the creation of a poor public image. Common types of cultural barriers that impact organizations include:
